About the Kearney Bursary Programme – Fields Covered

Kearney Johannesburg is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme for the 2025 academic year.

This bursary is targeted at students in their penultimate year (second last year of their degree) who aspire to build a career in consulting. Consultants are specialists who provide expert advice and services in specific professional fields, often within contingent work or professional services.

Eligibility Requirements for the Kearney Bursary

Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Must have completed Matric
• Must be studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum aggregate of 65%
• Must be entering the penultimate year of study in 2025
• Must not have failed more than 2 subjects in degree studies
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be proficient in English
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Must demonstrate strong academic ability
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Must demonstrate critical thinking and analytical ability
• Must have an innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
