Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of one of the following countries: Botswana, Cameroon, DR Congo, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, or Zambia
- Be 20–30 years old
- Hold a STEM qualification or demonstrate a strong interest in IT or digital careers (with supporting documentation)
- Have access to a laptop, stable internet, and reliable power
- Be fully committed to the full duration of the programme
- Provide consent for data sharing with Access Bank during the application process
