Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen
• I am currently studying toward a degree in one of the approved fields
• Be entering 2nd year or higher in 2026
• Be enrolled at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
• Have achieved a minimum average of 65%
• Be willing to take up employment at Bester upon graduation
• Possess the following personal qualities:
