About the Bursary

SAMSTIP Bursary Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be under the age of 30 years.

• The candidate (applying for B.Ed.) must have completed Matric or must be studying in Matric.
• The candidate must have completed their undergraduate degree (for PGCE applicants).
• The candidate must be willing to be located at a public school in South Africa.
• The candidate must have passed the following subjects (Mathematics, Life Science, Physical Science, Natural Science).
