4. If your Matric is complete, provide its certificate.
5. An applicant must upload the full academic record and the latest result cards.
6. If your parents are employed, provide their proof of income.
7. If your parents are unemployed, provide an affidavit.
8. If your parents own a business, provide proof of a SASSA letter that states they have received grants.
9. If your parents are deceased, attach their death certificate.
10. If your parents are divorced, attach a letter from the court stating the child support amount or an affidavit from parents stating the child support amount received in case the parents are separated.
11. If an applicant is disabled, provide a doctor’s letter, or medical report to prove physical disability.
