The scope of Chartered Accountancy is widening in our region, but the soaring cost of education serves as a major hindrance for students to pursue their educational careers in the accounting and financial fields. Competent students are unable to bear the burden of fees, accommodation, transportation charges, and study material costs.
In these chaotic times of crisis, you have two options: withdraw from the institute or get financial assistance. I will not suggest you apply for a loan, but you can get a bursary if you meet the eligibility criteria. Auditor General Bursary is designed for Chartered Accountancy enthusiasts, it covers major expenses of their study program and assists them throughout the degree.
The horizon of Chartered Accountancy is expanding in South Africa as new businesses are arriving in the country, and people are hiring accounting experts in organizations, companies, and firms or for personal businesses. The scope of Chartered Accountancy has multiplied in the past few years; currently, its demand is too high, and the number of experts in the market is lacking.
As you know, when the demand is high, the price is also high; that’s why the salaries of Chartered Accountants are rising. The number of experts is lacking because the majority of the aspirants withdraw from the educational program due to the high fees of institutes and endless other expenses. Students from disadvantaged backgrounds cannot afford surging fees, but they can get financial assistance if they apply for the Auditor General Bursary.
