To qualify for the Shoprite bursary 2024, you must fulfill the following requirements.

- The candidate must be in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of the degree.
- The candidate must have an average of 65% for mathematics from the 2nd year of study.
- The candidate must have a minimum average of 60%.

For Food Science Students
- The candidate must be studying towards the following: BSc in Food Science, Consumer Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, Advanced Diploma in Quality, Diploma or Degree certificate in Culinary Arts.
